Energy Leadership Coaching is a proven and effective method to raise the awareness, energy and effectiveness of corporations. I employ Energy Leadership coaching developed by Bruce D. Schneider and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
Energy Leadership is a self-awareness framework that gives new language and concepts to help strengthen emotional intelligence. It empowers leaders and teams to successfully navigate stressful situations, evaluate decisions and shift communication styles to inspire others. Leadership in this approach is defined as how you interact with everyone, including yourself. Everyone is a leader by choice or default. Leading is the way we help move people, including ourselves into positive action. The question is not whether or not we are leaders, but HOW well we lead.
Energy Leadership Coaching strengthens leadership performance by training leaders, teams and individuals to consciously shift their own energy and the energy of those around them to create positive results.
The foundation of Energy Leadership Coaching is the Energy Leadership Index. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that measures and demonstrates how each of us shows up in our work place and daily life. It provides awareness of our default tendencies and the energy we project. The ELI can measure the overall energy of a team and be a great tool for identifying opportunities for growth.
